RN Nursing Unit Manager

Seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner for home risk assessments, including adult and geriatric evaluations, medical history reviews, and social risk assessments.

Open to new graduates with at least 1 year of NP experience and current licensure.

Conduct assessments in home, skilled facilities, and community settings, collaborating with healthcare teams.

Flexible schedule with options for days, evenings, weekends, and travel within Everett, PA.

Earn from $2,000 to $10,000/month based on completed assessments, with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications include Master's degree or equivalent, board certification, prescriptive authority, BLS/ACLS, and valid driver’s license.
