Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Director of Laboratory Services oversees all clinical laboratory operations, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely results.

Manages staff across multiple locations, budgets, and departmental functions.

Responsible for hiring, performance evaluations, and resolving personnel issues.

Maintains regulatory compliance, quality assurance, safety, and infection control standards.

Coordinates with clinical staff and manages laboratory reporting systems and equipment.

Ensures adherence to policies, prepares reports, and monitors costs.

Provides leadership, communication, and staff development, including continuing education.

Requires extensive lab management experience, a Master’s degree or equivalent, CLIA compliance, and licensure as a Medical Technologist or Laboratory Scientist in North Dakota.

Must possess strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge to effectively lead the laboratory team.
