Core Responsibilities:

Lead and develop internal SRE leadership and talent.

Conduct "Dive Deep" sessions and strategic advisory for clients.

Drive and maintain high SRE standards in observability, production governance, risk management, and delivery excellence.

Act as a tactical leader ensuring “Well Managed” operations (meeting SLAs/SLOs, and promoting proactive reliability).

Technical Requirements:

10+ years of experience as a technology leader, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Deep understanding of SRE principles, production governance, risk management, and delivery excellence.

Admin-level proficiency in LogicMonitor for advanced network monitoring and infrastructure visibility.

Strong hands-on experience with observability tools:

AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace, PagerDuty, LogicMonitor

Infrastructure as Code & configuration management: Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef

Container orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes

CI/CD automation & metric-driven deployment processes.

Programming & scripting: Python, Linux

Security/compliance monitoring: SEIM, Aqua, Sysdig

Leadership & Soft Skills:

Proven ability to influence and communicate across technical and executive teams.

Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills in building and guiding SRE programs.

Strong mentoring and team development capabilities.

Ability to persuade senior leadership and align teams with SRE best practices and organizational KPIs.

Certifications:

Minimum two Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
