Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Location: Albany, NY (Onsite)

Rate: $30/hr

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team for a long-term onsite engagement in Albany, NY. The right candidate will have a strong background in Level 2 support, Windows troubleshooting, and enterprise IT tools. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work directly with end users in a professional environment.
Minimum Requirements (3+ Years of Experience in Each):
Providing Level 2 help desk and end-user technical support
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, particularly Windows 11 or similar OS
Installing and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
Proficiency with Lansweeper, Remote Desktop, and Active Directory (all three required)
Working within ITSM service desk systems
Installing and configuring Windows-based systems, peripherals, network printers, and thin clients
Imaging computers and handling equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
Supporting RSA Console and Workspace1
Assisting users via phone, email, and in-person support
Managing virtual desktops using VMware vSphere
