Join our team as a Strategy Analyst for Originations & Lending, where you'll analyze performance, understand the deeper story, and develop strategies to optimize our business card credit decisions.
As the Strategy Analyst for Originations & Lending, you will support the Small Business Credit Card Lending Strategy, focusing on Lending, Fraud, and Verifications decisioning processes. You will research and maintain a strategic perspective on Small Business Card approvals and support product development initiatives to improve credit card decisioning. Additionally, you will lead research and resolution of critical production and in-market issues with our application process.
Job Responsibilities
+ Research business card Lending, Credit, and Fraud performance to maximize automated decisions and improve credit line decisioning.
+ Maintain strong partnerships with Card Lending Services, Credit Risk, and other critical partners to ensure integrated plans.
+ Support research and analysis of opportunities to reimagine high credit line lending and reduce decision time.
+ Maintain strategic reporting for key forums to communicate performance across product channels.
+ Work closely with Card Lending, Analytics, and Product & Technical partners to assess performance and triage issues.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
+ Experience in card lending strategy, marketing, or operations
+ Results-focused self-starter effective at managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
+ Ability to research and root cause complex issues and communicate findings to leadership.
+ Proven ability to deliver meaningful results with accountability for high-quality work.
+ Ability to work independently and develop a team when needed.
+ Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
+ Intermediate to expert level knowledge of JIRA, including dashboard creation and data analysis.
+ Exceptional analytics skills with the ability to develop materials for communication to the organization and leadership.
Preferred qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
+ Business credit card experience preferred.
