About the Role: Our client, a well-established engineering services provider in the energy sector, is currently seeking an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to join their growing team in Calgary.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and technically strong professional with experience in medium and high voltage electrical systems design, field support, and project execution.

You'll be contributing to a wide variety of power and industrial projects, supporting everything from design and drafting to commissioning and client interaction.

Coordinate all aspects of electrical engineering on assigned projects, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Develop and review technical documentation such as: Electrical drawings and layouts Technical specifications and contract documents Perform and validate electrical calculations and analysis.

Support the preparation of engineering reports and design reviews under the guidance of senior engineers.

Apply standard engineering techniques and judgment in solving technical issues.

Provide input and recommendations to project teams and support internal drafting resources.

Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.

~ Proficient in the use of ETAP or similar electrical engineering software.

~ Strong knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code; international standards knowledge is a plus.

Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
