Senior Project Coordinator – High-Rise & Mid-Rise Residential Location: Calgary, AB Our client, a reputable and growing real estate developer in Calgary, is currently seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join their team.

With multiple high-rise and mid-rise residential projects under development, this role is an exciting opportunity to be part of landmark builds from the ground up.

As the Senior Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the internal construction team, site staff, consultants, and trades to ensure smooth day-to-day project operations.

Schedule tracking and milestone monitoring Contract and tender document reviews Site instruction preparation and distribution We are seeking someone with a background in either multi-family residential or commercial construction, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to develop a deep understanding of the full construction cycle.
