Description:

Our vision is to be the universal symbol of trust, bringing consumers and businesses together through reviews. We are well on our way—but there’s still an exciting journey ahead. Join us at the heart of trust.

North America is currently Trustpilot’s fastest-growing market, and we’re looking for an experienced Enterprise B2B marketer to join our team at this pivotal moment. This role will focus on building, scaling, and executing our B2B Enterprise Marketing strategy, with the support of excellent internal and external partners.

Reporting to the Sr Director of US Marketing, you will be a key member of the US Marketing team, and will be accountable for:

Ideating and executing full-funnel, omni-channel marketing campaigns that resonate deeply with Trustpilot US’s Enterprise TAM/ICP

Driving marketing-sourced and marketing-attributed Enterprise sales opportunities and pipeline (new business, winback, and existing account expansion)

Building and executing a live events strategy (hosted, sponsored, attended) that supports commercial outcomes (new business, customer engagement, customer retention)

Partnering with internal and external teams/agencies to deliver Enterprise ABM program

What you’ll be doing:

Own and deliver a full-journey, multi-channel Enterprise marketing strategy with a strong focus on brand positioning, pipeline generation, customer retention/growth, and ROI.

Manage the day-to-day ABM program, execution, and reporting, working with internal teams and agency partner to optimise and scale the program.

Develop a close partnership with US Enterprise Commercial functions to align on goals and maximise effectiveness of campaigns.

Partner with global marketing functions across Digital, Product & Audience, and Partner Marketing to represent the US market in developing the value proposition, E2E customer experience, and growth levers.

Take full responsibility for each of your campaigns, delivering on time and on budget, with clear reporting on success metrics and ROI.

Success in this role requires:

Curiosity: you aren’t shy to ask questions, do research, pick up the phone and call someone, survey the group, dig up historical data, call up a customer, etc. You trust your instincts but you question assumptions.

Customer-obsession: You approach every program, plan, strategy, touchpoint from the customer’s POV. You invest time and focus to know our customers’ pain-points, goals, priorities, challenges - and their names.

Creativity: When faced with a seemingly intractable blocker, you find the elegant workaround. You approach challenges from all angles and forge a new path when the well-trodden one is going nowhere.

Outcome-focused: You never take action without first knowing the objective and setting a meaningful target that supports department- and company-level goals. You’re not too proud to pivot midstream if your initial approach isn’t working, and you can confidently analyze performance data to determine what’s successful, what’s not, and what needs more investigation.

Who you are:

Proven experience driving rapid revenue growth in a B2B marketing role (SAAS experience preferred)

Specialized experience driving on-target results in B2B Enterprise marketing and ABM/ABX programs

Experience ideating, building, delivering, and measuring/reporting impact of ROI-positive end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns

Comfort operating in a high-performance commercial environment, engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders across Marketing and Commercial

A proactive hands-on approach, with the ability to work on both strategic and tactical levels

Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other MarTech platforms

Solid stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence others, regardless of seniority or department.

Continual focus on customer-centric, data-driven insights to drive decisions to improve business performance
