**This role requires a Top Secret (TS) or Department of Energy Q (DOE Q) Clearance**
As an HPC Technical Support Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for maintaining high availability of HPC systems, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, implementing fixes or workarounds, and escalating when necessary with thorough documentation. You will also Manage and apply system software and firmware updates, patches, and OS upgrades; oversee both system-level and user application software issues, including bug tracking and resolution.

Job Details
MUST HAVE:
BS or MS in a related field
Top Secret or DOE Q clearance
5+ years of High-performance computing (HPC) technical support experience
Experience with large-scale HPC and parallel file systems (Lustre/GFPS) administration
Python, C/C++, Perl, or FORTRAN programming/scripting
Linux (RHEL OR SLES)
