Core One is seeking a full time Lifeguard to support the MARSOC MRTC ITC program.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support the daily operations of the MRTC

Ensure accurate coverage (two lifeguards on duty) during recreational and rehabilitation swimming periods

Maintain and track the transition of safety responsibilities are logged during scheduled training events

Lifeguard Manager will serve as the POC for the Training Tank and will be responsible for the visibility of scheduled Training Tank events via RFMSS

Maintenance of the equipment, storage, and janitorial requirements

Requirements:

Must be eligible to apply for and maintain approval to possess a government issued Common Access Card (CAC)

Must possess and maintain a current Red Cross Lifeguard and CPR certification

One year of experience as a Red Cross certified Lifeguard or equivalent

One year of experience using MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

Able to gain and maintain access to and develop proficiency in using MSMC Range Facility Management Support System (RFMSS)

Capable of lifting materials up to 100 LBS
