Job Description

As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently kitted, packaged, labeled, and quality checked. You will be involved in picking orders and maintaining a smooth flow of operations within the warehouse.

Responsibilities

Walk around the warehouse picking and pulling orders.

Read and follow work orders and packaging lists for order fulfillment.

Pack products according to shipping instructions.

Kit items for packaging and shipping.

Maintain high attention to detail to verify labels and contents.

Assist the shipping department with shipping and receiving procedures.

Verify counts of products pulled.

Package products and prepare them for shipment.Essential Skills

Experience in warehouse operations, including picking orders and packaging.

Capable of operating a cherry picker (not afraid of heights)

Proficiency in kitting and general labor tasks.

Ability to stand for long periods.

Attention to detail for verifying labels and contents.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in shipping and receiving procedures.

Work Environment

The warehouse operates three shifts: 1st Shift from 8am-5pm, 2nd Shift from 12pm-9pm, and 3rd Shift from 8pm-5am, Monday through Friday. The facility requires employees to wear steel-toed shoes and provides a safe and structured work environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cranbury, New Jersey.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
