Job Description

Counselor - Open to new graduates- (C-SAC, LMSW, LPC, LCSW)

Location: Wytheville, VA

Job Type: Full Time

Setting: Onsite - Office-Based

Facility Type: Outpatient

Schedule: Monday to Friday - (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

No on-call, weekend, or night shifts required

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical counseling services to a diverse client population.

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.

Maintain compliance with clinical policies, ethical standards, and licensure requirements.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be licensed or license-eligible as a C-SAC-R, C-SAC, LPC-R, LPC, or LCSW.

Open to new graduates

Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills

Ability to manage a varied caseload in an outpatient setting
