Location: West Deptford, NJ
Pay Range: $120–$28/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses
Schedule Options:
Mon–Fri: 10:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. 12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Sat–Sun: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives on helping others, is confident on the phone, and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the support and service they deserve.
What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a smile
Resolve customer inquiries and schedule service appointments efficiently
Collaborate with dispatch and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Accurately document customer interactions and service requests
Perform data entry and update customer records in our CRM
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
Strong communication and active listening skills
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Detail-oriented and organized
Experience with ServiceTitan is a major plus!
