Responsibilities:

Schedule and conduct property showings:

Coordinate appointments with prospective tenants, ensuring efficient use of time and property availability.

Prepare properties for showings:

Ensure properties are clean, well-maintained, and presented in their best light.

Provide exceptional customer service:

Greet prospective tenants warmly, answer questions about the property, and address their concerns.

Generate interest and qualify leads: Engage with potential tenants, build rapport, and gather essential information to qualify them as prospective renters.

Follow up with prospects: Maintain communication with interested tenants, answer inquiries, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.

Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of property showings, tenant feedback, and lease applications.

Collaborate with team members: Work closely with property managers and leasing agents to ensure a smooth rental process.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
