Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and professional support to end users, ensuring a positive experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve escalated technical issues.
Build and maintain effective working relationships across departments and with vendor teams.
Conduct thorough investigations of reported issues and document findings for development team hand-offs.
Create, maintain, and distribute workaround documentation to relevant stakeholders.
Develop clear and concise documentation suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Participate in root cause analysis to fully address recurring issues and identify areas for process or system improvement.
Stay informed on upcoming software capabilities and functionality in preparation for user releases.
Participate in and help execute test plans for new software features or updates.
Proactively identify and suggest process enhancements to support operational efficiency.
Work independently and demonstrate self-motivation and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Facilitate team meetings and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field)
Experience:
2+ years of relevant experience in a technical support or application support role
Or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Technical Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and issue resolution
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience working with web-based applications and Windows operating systems
Familiarity with documenting technical processes and user guides
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Preferred:
Experience with third-party software systems and enterprise application environments
Exposure to Agile methodologies and involvement in software release cycles
