Provide support as a Team Lead and as a ServiceNow Senior Developer.

Analyze the customer requirements and develop a solution architecture that addresses the technical, management, maximizes automation, and provides operational reporting aspects of the proposal.

Lead the development of solution artifacts, such as road maps, optimization of operations, architecture and/or block diagrams with a view outside of User Story requirements.

Provide support in building prototypes and lead technical reviews and discussions of defined requirements.

Provide support and mentor ServiceNow Developers.

FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor's and 7 years of experience, Master's and 5 years of experience or 11+ in lieu of a degree

8+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer

Excellent technical leadership skills and initiative to take on additional responsibilities.

Excellent written and oral communication skills to deliver technical solutions simply and succinctly

Experience with the US Federal Government

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

FACTORS TO HELP YOU SHINE (Required Skills)

Required ServiceNow required certification:

Certified System Administrator (baseline)

Certified Application Developer (baseline)

Additional ServiceNow CIS certification with preference for the following:

CIS – Customer Service Management

CIS – IT Service Management

CIS – Discovery

CIS – Service Mapping

CIS – Strategic Portfolio Management

CIS – Application Portfolio Management

CIS – Software Asset Management

CIS – Hardware Asset Management

8+ years of experience with developing ServiceNow solutions across various platform applications, such as ITSM, ITOM (HAM and SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR

5+ years of experience with technical discussions and reviews.

Experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and experience with commonly integrated third-party technologies.

5+ years of experience in developing system architecture, design principles, and impacts.

5+ years of experience supporting IT related data integrity (CMDB, HAM, SAM etc.)

5+ years of Industry experience (e.g. Financial Services, Healthcare, High Tech, Manufacturing, Retail, etc.)

5+ years of technical leadership experience driving change/solutions.
