Job Title: Electromechanical Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling machinery according to engineered prints. This role requires the ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic drawings, as well as operate, maintain, test, troubleshoot, and calibrate electronic equipment. The assembler will fabricate, fit, and assemble products while ensuring quality standards are met. The ability to follow verbal instructions, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines is essential.

Responsibilities

Install sensors, relays, switches into industrial panels

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper assembly.

Drill bolt holes and assemble parts while inspecting for imperfections.

Solder electrical components and measure parts to verify dimensions using precision measuring tools.

Ensure products meet customer specifications.

Train other employees on equipment installation and operation.

Order parts when necessary.Essential Skills

Mechanical assembly and blueprint reading.

Proficiency in using hand tools such as drills and grinders.

Ability to follow verbal instructions.

Experience in electronic assembly and machine building.

Competency in electrical wiring and assembly.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
