Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food and beverage distribution center. This role ensures smooth warehouse functions, maintains food safety standards, and leads a team to achieve productivity and quality goals.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations such as FDA, HACCP, and SQF.

Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.

Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse in accordance with sanitation guidelines.

Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bilingual skills are nice-to-have

Previous food production experience

Ability to work productively with minimal supervision

Work Environment

The position operates during the 2nd shift: Monday - Thursday, consisting of four 10-hour shifts, with an expected 40-50 hours per week. The work environment is clean and follows GMP standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $82000.00/yr.
