Job Summary: The Warehouse Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods, materials, and inventory between warehouse facilities, clients, and various work sites. In addition to driving, this role supports general warehouse operations, including loading and unloading shipments, performing inventory checks, and ensuring timely deliveries..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate company vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries of goods and materials to various locations while adhering to all safety regulations.
Assist with loading and unloading of trucks; ensure that materials are transported safely and securely.
Verify that the correct items are being delivered and received at their destinations.
Support warehouse operations by pulling and distributing materials and stock items, as needed.
Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse by sorting and placing materials on racks, shelves, or bins according to predetermined criteria such as size, type, and product code.
Accurately complete all required paperwork for deliveries, inventory transactions, and vehicle logs.
Participate in physical inventory counts on a quarterly basis to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment within the warehouse and company vehicles.
Safeguard warehouse operations and adhere to established security and safety guidelines.

Education: High school diploma, general education degree (G.E.D.), or related trade school education
Experience:
Twelve to eighteen months of warehouse experience
Forklift certification preferred
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred
Technical Skills:
Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to utilize an inventory management system
Soft Skills:
Highly organized and detail oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgment, and solve problems
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
Must be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and frequently lift up to 100 lbs.; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes
Ability to work in various settings with moderate to loud noise levels
Must be able to stand for long periods of time on varied surfaces
May be required to work long and unpredictable hours, including weekends
