Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Join our team where you will engage in a dynamic role involving labeling, loading, and unloading boxes and materials. You will also have the opportunity to learn and operate EDM wire machines, document final products, measure parts, and package and label final parts.

Responsibilities

Label, load, and unload boxes and materials.

Learn and operate EDM wire machines.

Document final products accurately.

Measure parts with precision.

Package and label final parts.Essential Skills

Proficiency in CNC operations.

Experience in warehouse tasks such as loading, unloading, picking, packing, and labeling.

Ability to assemble and inspect products.

Skill in using calipers for measurement.

Capability to lift and stand for extended periods.

Strong operator skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

History of strong attendance and reliability.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Experience a clean and organized lab and machine shop environment. We value independent workers who can perform with minimal supervision after training. Work hours are from 3pm to 11:30pm on the second shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waukesha, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
