We're looking for a dedicated and flexible IT Field Operations Specialist for a long-term contract position in Southside Atlanta. In this vital role, you'll provide comprehensive operational support and manage IT infrastructure requests across various business environments, including offices, reservation centers, and airport locations.

This position involves a broad scope of operational support and install, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests for IT infrastructure. You'll be a key player in ensuring our systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

This is a long term contract position paying up to $29/hr depending on experience. It is 100% onsite on the South side of Atlanta, GA.

Work schedule is Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday, 1st Shift (5 AM - 2 PM) or 2nd Shift (2 PM - 11 PM).

Key Contributions:

• Implement and support a wide array of IT equipment, including desktop devices, applications, peripherals, telephone systems, network devices, and airline-specific equipment (Kiosk, Flight Information Display Systems, Ramp Information Display Systems), as well as multiple server platforms.

• Physically relocate any IT infrastructure devices (PC workstations, peripheral devices, phones, network routers, airport devices, etc.) as specified in service requests.

• Perform upgrade services, such as adding to or changing a workgroup computer, peripheral, or software, according to service request specifications.

• Verify assets in accordance with company policy prior to any moves.

• Maintain accurate records by updating asset management systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve all hardware and software problems supported by Field Operations.

• Provide on-site and on-call 24/7/365 support as needed.

• Offer technical support to the enterprise as required.

• Configure, install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot hardware systems.

• Conduct root cause analysis to facilitate quick recovery from service interruptions and prevent recurring issues.
