Manufacturing Technician - Filling Operation1st and 2nd Shifts

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technicians to join our team. Your main responsibilities will include kitting and packaging operations to prepare manufactured cartridges for shipment across the US and internationally. You will work in a temperature-controlled environment and engage in filling operations, kitting assembly, and operating various process equipment.
Responsibilities
Perform kitting and packaging operations for shipment.
Prepare manufactured cartridges for domestic and international shipping.
Conduct filling operations and kitting assembly processes.
Operate process equipment such as balances, pneumatic presses, pumps, and heat sealers.
Engage in simple bulk formulations as needed.Essential Skills
Experience in assembly, cleanroom, and production environments.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and filling operations.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in using Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Ability to perform laboratory inspections and manage batch records.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
Comfortable leading a fill and pack line.
Familiarity with basic buffer formulation.
Willingness to learn or experience with small volume aliquoting (less than 1mL).

Work Environment
You will work in an ESD environment, donning lab coats and shoe covers. Initially, your schedule will be 9am to 5pm for the first week, transitioning to a regular shift time in the second week. One of the openings is on the first shift, from 6am to 2:30pm. Currently, overtime expectations are low, averaging about 8% per month.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
