HR Employee Relations Lead

About the Role

LHH Recruiting is seeking an Employee Relations Lead to join our client’s HR team on a contract basis. This role is critical in fostering a positive and productive work environment by managing complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations, and supporting leaders in driving accountability and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage employee relations cases from intake to resolution, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Conduct comprehensive investigations into employee complaints, workplace conflicts, and policy violations.

Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to provide expert guidance on performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Sit in on sensitive employee meetings and provide real-time support and coaching to leaders.

Identify trends and recommend proactive strategies to improve workplace culture and reduce risk.

Maintain detailed documentation and ensure confidentiality throughout all employee relations processes.

Support the development and delivery of training for managers on employee relations best practices.Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).

5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations and investigations.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and complex employee issues with discretion and professionalism.

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Pay Details: $34.00 to $37.00 per hour
