Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanical Assembler to join our team in a dynamic environment focused on innovation and development. The role involves assembling housings for prototype forklifts and working within a small team dedicated to robotics. Successful candidates will perform electro-mechanical assembly and testing of components, ensuring the product functions correctly.
Responsibilities
Perform mechanical assembly of housings for prototype forklifts.
Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude in day-to-day tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or work orders accurately.
Conduct testing of assembled components to verify functionality.
Collaborate within a small team in a research and development setting.Essential Skills

Work Environment
Work in a supportive and innovative environment located in Waltham, MA, within a smaller startup company that specializes in robotics. The role operates on a first shift schedule from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Waltham, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
