CNC Programmer - Vertical/Horizontal Machining Centers

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to develop and optimize programs for 3-axis CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers as well as lathes. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong technical skills and hands-on experience using Autodesk Inventor Suite and GibbsCAM.

Key Responsibilities:

Program and develop CNC machining operations for vertical/horizontal mills and lathes

Optimize existing programs to improve efficiency and maintain quality standards

Select appropriate tooling, model cutting paths, and determine speeds and feeds

Design and implement effective fixturing and setups for production runs

Requirements:

Proficient in Autodesk Inventor Suite and GibbsCAM

Solid understanding of machining principles, G-code, and CNC operations

Experience designing fixtures and programming 3-axis machines

Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiencyCompany Description
