Job Description
As an RF Technician, you will play a vital role in developing an environment of continual improvement using Lean tools, while promoting core values such as Trust, Innovation, Teamwork, Achievement, and Accountability. You will be responsible for evaluating and troubleshooting products for necessary repairs and communicating effectively with customers and global service partners. Additionally, you will perform incoming product evaluations, ensuring adherence to quality policies and goals.
Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with team members and adapt to varying work demands.
Develop and maintain an environment of continual improvement using Lean tools.
Promote core values through actions and uphold the quality policy and goals.
Evaluate and troubleshoot products for necessary repairs.
Communicate and interact with customers and global service partners as needed.
Perform incoming product evaluations.Essential Skills
Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and assembly.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Experience with installation and calibration of RF equipment.
Proficiency in using test equipment such as multimeters, signal generators, power meters, network analyzers, and frequency counters.
Understanding of RF engineering and RF design.
Competency in using oscilloscopes and other electronic testing equipment.
Experience with ERP systems and ISO/ICE accreditation.
Prior electronics service repair and calibration experience.
Technical degree or certification in a related field.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficient soldering skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office package.

Work Environment
Work the first shift from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm in a clean, well-lit facility designed for sensitive electronics, which is temperature-controlled. The environment is conducive to teamwork and innovation, with machine shop facilities and office workers, some of whom work remotely. The company has a long-standing tradition of developing custom RF solutions for commercial, military, and electronic instrumentation applications.

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
