Job Description
Job Title: Extrusion Operator ($18-21/hr.+) - 2nd and 3rd shift openings
Responsibilities
Operate rubber extrusion machines efficiently.
Feed silicone and rubber material into the machine according to work instructions.
Cut products to size and package them appropriately.
Perform changeovers and prepare the machine for tubing operations.
Conduct visual inspections and document quality checks.
Maintain cleanliness and adhere to FDA regulations in the clean room environment.
Stand for the entire shift and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of machine operator experience.
Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
Willingness to work Saturdays if needed.
Proficiency in following work instructions to meet production goals.
Capability to wear clean room attire including suit, hair net, and beard net if applicable.
Physical ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for the entire shift.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.50/hr.
