They must demonstrate the ability to work independently and with a team, make sound decisions and use critical thinking skills.rnrnDuties and ResponsibilitiesrnrnProcesses all customer transactions at a proficient level - including providing overrides and approvals.rnOwn and work towards resolution of customer issues in a timely, efficient manner.rnRegularly engage customers to understand needs and make appropriate product and service recommendations.rnEasily assists customers with routine questions and account maintenance requests.rnOpen and close banking center (including all end of day processing).rnAssist in daily operational activities of the banking center including, but not limited to vault transactions, vault balancing, and end of day banking center balancing.
rnComply with and complete training for all required Regulations.rnCompletes required reports accurately and timely.rnBegin to learn new account basics and more complex customer inquiries and transactions.rnMaintain knowledge of all products and services offered, taking responsibility to remain updated.rnTake ownership of own development, requesting assistance when necessary.rnRepresent Peoples Bank professionally at all times.rnrnrnQualificationsrnTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty and responsibility at a satisfactory level or above as well as exercise accuracy, alertness, good judgment, courtesy, tact, and patience.
