Position Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Corporate Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our corporate operating model, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, supporting financial reporting, and building out KPI dashboards that provide insights across the business. The ideal candidate thrives in a cross-functional environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and is excited about building scalable solutions as we grow. Key Responsibilities

Corporate Modeling: Build and maintain comprehensive operating models to support strategic planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights for leadership.

KPI Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track financial and operational performance across departments.

Cash Forecasting: Lead short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting and analysis to ensure strong liquidity management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Finance, Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership to drive financial transparency and accountability.

Systems & Tools: Leverage NetSuite and Salesforce to extract, analyze, and report on financial and operational data.

Strategic Projects: Support M&A activity and other corporate development initiatives as needed, including financial modeling, due diligence, and integration planning. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

3–6 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.

Strong financial modeling skills with experience developing dynamic, multi-scenario operating models.

Experience in both hardware and software B2B business models; ability to understand and model recurring revenue and margin dynamics.

Proficiency with NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making without direct authority.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a mindset for simplifying complex processes.

Prior M&A or corporate development experience is a strong plus. Location:
