Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Outbound customer service representative and Appointment setters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to schedule appointments for our sales agents, answer basic questions, and provide exceptional customer service. Your primary goal is to ensure a positive experience that supports our sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to schedule appointments.
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments as needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Provide detailed information about services, promotions, or company policies.
Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and communication.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance targets and call quotas.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or appointment setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using phone systems and CRM software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
