Clinical Director Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000
Clinical Director Responsibilities:
Oversee all clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to The Nautilus Center's treatment philosophy.
Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions as needed.
Stay current with best practices, research, and advancements in mental health and addiction treatment, integrating new knowledge into the center’s programs.
Coordinate with other healthcare providers, community resources, and agencies to ensure comprehensive and continuous care for clients.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.
Conduct regular program evaluations and outcome assessments to measure the effectiveness of treatments and make necessary adjustments.
Participate in outreach and community engagement activities to promote The Nautilus Center's services.Clinical Director Qualifications:
LICSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent with current and unrestricted licensure.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Experience with both adults and adolescents is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding and practical experience with various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, holistic, and experiential therapies.
Experience with ASD informed therapies strongly preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
