Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Apprentice Laborer to join our team in the construction and renewable energy sector. This hands-on position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in general construction tasks and solar panel installation. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, physically capable, and committed to safety and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial properties

Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, and clean-up

Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision

Support skilled tradespeople such as electricians, carpenters, and solar technicians

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Load and unload equipment and materials

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Participate in on-the-job training and follow directions from supervisors

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in construction or solar installation is a plus but not required

Willingness to learn and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Comfortable working at heights and on ladders or rooftops

Strong work ethic and punctuality

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
