We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to bring digital experiences to life through clean, intuitive interfaces and standout visuals.

What you will do:

Design clean, high-impact user interfaces that align with business goals and user expectations

Create user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma

Develop and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides

Translate complex requirements into elegant visual solutions across web and mobile platforms

Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy through handoff and QA

Design UI components such as buttons, forms, cards, navigation patterns, and interactive elements

Apply responsive design principles to ensure consistency across devices and screen sizes

Incorporate motion design, micro-interactions, and visual transitions when appropriate

Conduct basic visual QA and cross-browser/device checks to ensure visual implementation

Work alongside product and engineering teams to iterate quickly and bring designs to life

What we would like to see:

3+ years of experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces

Strong portfolio showcasing visual design skills, UI layout, and component-based design

Proficient in Figma (or equivalent tools like Adobe XD or Sketch); familiarity with design systems

Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator

Comfortable creating pixel-perfect mockups, clickable prototypes, and developer-ready handoffs

Strong attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, and visual consistency

Basic understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS familiarity is a plus)

Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale clearly

A collaborative mindset with a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Pay Range: $65-$70/hour

All compensation is commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
