Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.

Manage job postings on various platforms and social media channels.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future openings.

Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment progress and improve processes.

Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote our employer brand.

Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Passion for connecting with people and helping them find their ideal job.
