PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our client to source and hire an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a fast-paced pharmaceutical distribution center in Bethlehem, PA

This is a direct hire opportunity with a company that values leadership, organization, and compliance.

Warehouse Supervisor Roles:

Supervise day-to-day warehouse functions: receiving, inventory, replenishment, and order prep

Ensure team productivity, quality standards, and safety protocols are met

Provide hands-on training, performance reviews, and team development

Collaborate with internal departments and regulatory bodies (including Board of Pharmacy)

Lead with accountability, accuracy, and a service-focused mindset

Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications:

2+ years in warehouse supervision, preferably in pharmaceutical distribution

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

Attention to detail and a proactive, goal-oriented attitude

Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
