Responsibilities
Peraton seeks a Cyberspace Organizations Program Analyst (Joint and Army) to provide expertise for all activities related to cyberspace operations within the Army and joint cyberspace operations community.
Tasks include:
Provide centralized coordination, analysis, and liaison support for long-range planning, programming, and policy support between DAMO-SOC, ARCYBER, United States Cyber Command, and the Joint Staff.
Participate in all Army Total Army Analysis (TAA) forums,
Represent DAMO-SOC equities and synchronize efforts with key Cyberspace Operations Partners and DAMO-SOC leadership.
Make recommendations to SOC leadership when risk is present in new TAA decisions.
Participate in all OIE-related meetings and forums to include, but not limited to Action Officer Working Groups (AOWGs), CoCs, GOSCs, and Executive Boards.
Create shared awareness across complementary functions (cyber and space) to inform analysis and actions regarding offensive cyberspace operations planning, programming, and policy.
Track all Army, Joint, Executive Communication and Control (ECC) andCongressional actions/tasks assigned to DAMO-SOC in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) and the OSD Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college with 15+ years of US DoD experience.
Be knowledgeable in HQDA processes and systems -- must have previously completed courses equivalent to or relevant to preparing various documents related to the DAMO-SOC.
Must have at least four years of experience in CO/CEMA at the HQDA or equivalent level
Must have experience and knowledge of:
military documentation process,
JCIDS requirements analysis,
PPBE,
Must have an in-depth understanding of the structure, functions, and specific key personnel across OSD, Joint Staff, HQDA, CCMDs, TRADOC, and the ASCCs including ARCYBER, CCoE and other TRADOC CoEs.
Possess excellent writing, editing, and briefing skills and experience with word, excel, and project management.
Use effective and grammatically correct written communication skills that conform to the Army style described in AR 25-50 and DA Memo 25-52.
Active TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI.

Target Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
