Patients Per Shift: Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus On Call(shift am-6am)

Note: The client is looking for someone that will cover the clinic approximately 6 hours per day, 5 days per week. Clinic hours vary but we are open regularly from 7 am to 5 pm. Clinic schedules are made up of 15 min slots and 30 min slots. 15 for sick/quick visits and 30 for wellnesses. We have CMA's and RN's that provide vaccines and RN's are comfortable administering other needed injections, like ceftriaxone. Candidate would also be splitting call with a minimum of 2 other providers. Call hours are 6 am to 6 am the following day. Majority of calls come from our birthing center with minimum calls from our ED. In the near future our med/surg unit will have capacity to allow some pediatric admits but this should also be minimal.

Requirements:

Board Certified or Board Eligible

Licensed WI or IMLC

BLS, ACLS & PALS Required Skills:

Non-Invasive Ventilation Management (Neo-Puff)

Ventilation Management (Newborn)

Intubation (ETT/NT)

Newborn Care

Umbilical Venous Catheterization (UVC)

Umbilical Arterial Catheterization (UAC)

Lumbar Puncture

Needle Pneumothorax Decompression

X-Ray Interpretation

Suturing Minor Lacerations
