KNM Resources is searching for a Sr. Analyst, Talent Management & Development professional to join our client's HR team located in Boca Raton, Florida. This role involves overseeing day-to-day talent management and development tasks to assist during a company-wide implementation. This contract engagement is expected to continue until the end of the year, with potential for extension. Responsibilities
Learning and Development
Manage & maintain learning management system.
Oversee day-to-day activities and assisting with manager & leadership training.
Serve as main liaison between departments for program implementation.
Create training content by collaborating with external vendors/internal teams.
Create a leadership development program.
Performance Management
Ensure all performance reviews are completed.
Provide support for all employee questions/issues related to performance reviews.
New Hire Onboarding
Maintain the new hire onboarding program.
Assist with streamlining workflow across the organization.
Serve as main point of contact for leaders and employees across the organization.
Manage new hire welcome events virtually & in-office.
Company Intranet
Manage Talent Management team page, New hire portal and Performance Management info page.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 - 4 years of relevant work experience in HR, or similar function.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent Communication skills both verbally and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
