About the Role
The information Technology Manager role will lead the IT Help Desk and infrastructure team's strategic and operational planning to ensure efficient and secure IT operations.
This role will:
Oversee the IT Help Desk and infrastructure team's strategic and operational planning, fostering innovation, project management, and resource optimation.
Analyze technology needs, develop and implement hardware/software solutions, conduct testing, and ensure ongoing system operations.
Schedule work assignments, set priorities, and direct the work of subordinate employees to maintain efficient operations.
Monitor and administer IT security, network, server, and endpoint activity, investigating and resolving system alerts and potential threats.
Respond to system alerts, fine-tune security event rules, escalate issues, and enhance service efficiency through process improvements and staff training.
To be successful, the ideal candidate will have:

-Or 12 mos. exp. as Information Technology Supervisor 3, 64119, or equivalent.
