We are seeking a reliable and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide direct personal care services to clients in their homes. This is not an entry-level position — applicants must have prior experience in home health or caregiving. Reliable transportation is essential, as travel between client homes is required. Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and mobility support

Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying

Assist with meal preparation and feeding, following dietary needs and restrictions

Provide companionship and emotional support to help reduce isolation

Observe and promptly report changes in the client’s physical or mental condition

Follow the care plan developed for each client and accurately document services provided

Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment for each client Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of direct caregiving or home health experience

Certification preferred: HHA, STNA, CNA, or PCA

Must pass a background check, drug screening, and TB test

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Must be able to assist clients with transfers, mobility, and other physical needs Ideal Candidate Traits

Services provided in clients’ homes across Columbus and surrounding areas

Travel required between client locations (mileage reimbursement available)

Flexible scheduling – includes potential for days, evenings, and weekends Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $14/hour

Mileage reimbursement for travel between client homes
