Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data in various systems, ensuring that information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires proficiency in data entry tasks, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately transcribe and input data into databases and spreadsheets.

Perform order entry tasks with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.

Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage pivot tables for data analysis.

Maintain organized records of all data entries and ensure proper documentation.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing and office organization.

Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.

Conduct regular audits of data entries to identify discrepancies or errors.

Experience

Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables, is essential.

Familiarity with databases and office software applications is a plus.

Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy are required.

Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
