Job Title: State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA)

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Rate: $16/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview:

This position provides one-on-one personal care support. The STNA will be responsible for assisting with daily personal care and work-related setup tasks while maintaining professionalism in an office environment.

Primary Job Duties:

Assist with workstation setup and breakdown at the start and end of each workday

Support with lunch and break periods, including feeding assistance

Provide restroom assistance and hygiene care during shift hours

Deliver direct personal care services including:

Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting

Incontinence care and preventative skin care

Feeding and hydration support

Collecting vital signs, height, weight, and fluid intake/output as needed

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area

Communicate regularly with the client to assess and respond to needs

Document all care provided and report changes in condition timely

Respond to emergencies, including administering CPR if necessary

Escort client within the office if needed

Collaborate and communicate effectively with client and supporting staff

Qualifications:

Current State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification listed on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry

CPR certification for healthcare professionals

Minimum 6 months of experience as an STNA
