We are seeking a Construction / Facilities Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Has to know all aspects of construction
Has to know how to "work with" and manage workers
Has to know how to set up jobs with timelines
Has to know best ways to procure materials.
Make checklists and job completion lists for workers to go by
Rate, supervise, incentivize, and train property staff
Hold periodic meetings to discuss jobs and make team work better
Hire and fire property staff
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or other related fields
Previous experience in construction and construction management
