Daily assignments:

- Installation of aftermarket parts into public safety vehicles.

- Create brackets for various needs. use problem solving skills.

- Work with technicians create brackets and modify aftermarket parts in a timely manor.

- Create templates using plasma cam. cutting / cleaning parts used for multiple builds.

- Keep track of projects maintaining computer files / notes.

- Painting / spraying parts with line-x

- Janitorial tasks daily as required.

Requirements

- MIG / TIG welding.

- Ability to weld steel / aluminum / stainless steel.

- Experience with plasma cam software.

- Ability to read, understand and follow build specifications.

- Knowledge of hardware. Different types of bolts / screws / rivets / nut certs

- Knowledge of using available machines ( bender / plasma cam / iron worker / sheer / band saws )

- Team members are required to learn quickly and adapt to a challenging and fast paced work environment. This team environment demands completion of projects within specified time frames and without defect.

- Complete set of tools for various hardware.

- Clear demonstration of aptitude for position hired. Be detailed oriented.

- Possess a valid driver’s license.

- Common sense, a positive attitude and able to work as a team
