Cleared Infrastructure Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for enterprise IT systems

Manage day-to-day operations of infrastructure: servers, storage, networks, and client devices

Configure and administer Linux and Windows operating systems

Install and maintain operating system software and patches

Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance

Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support

Monitor systems and respond to issues in real-time

Work closely with ISSOs to ensure compliance and system hardening

Communicate system status and issues to internal and external stakeholders

Support dispatch and resolution of hardware and software problems

Required:

Bachelor’s degree and 10 + years of system administration experience

OR 15 years of experience in lieu of a degree

Strong Linux administration experience

Familiarity with PowerShell and Bash scripting

Experience with system hardening and compliance standards

DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification

Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph

Desired:

Experience with AWS environments

Familiarity with the Atlassian Tool Suite

Exposure to BigFix or similar patch management tools

Experience using Ansible for configuration management

*Salary Range:

$135,000 - $170,000
