Old Dominion Auto Salvage/Pick N Save has a position open for
Administrative Assistant.
Job Duties will be split between working in the Pick N Save office helping customers and cashier duties as well as an Administrative Assistant to management on the Full-Service side and data entry.
Assisting sales and production team
Assist Production Manager with RMA's and routes for drivers.
Assist with specified duties when manager is out of office.
Create & maintain assigned spreadsheets as needed by Production Manager and Office Manager.
Requirements:
Must be computer efficient.
Good customer service attitude.
Able to work as a team and independently.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be able to show up every day as scheduled.
