StrategicSource is seeking a results-driven and strategic Vice President of Marketing and Sales to expand our presence in new vertical markets, drive top-line revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing organization. This executive leader will be instrumental in shaping the future of our go-to-market strategy, selling our service solutions, and elevating our brand through effective inbound and outbound marketing.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in both strategic and tactical roles, brings proven success in professional services sales, and is eager to help lead revenue growth at StrategicSource.Responsibilities:

Market Expansion & Revenue Growth

Drive entry into new vertical markets.

Contribute to B2B sales efforts, including carrying and achieving an individual sales quota.

Lead initiatives to meet and exceed annual sales goals.

Strategic Marketing Leadership

Develop and execute modern inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads.

Lead the team in campaign planning, content creation, digital marketing, and performance analytics.

Leverage automation tools to streamline marketing and sales processes, reduce the cost of acquisition, and improve scalability.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead (strategically) and manage (tactically) a growing Marketing and Sales team.

Recruit, coach, and retain top marketing and sales talent.

Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:

Proven success in direct B2B sales, particularly within professional service industries (e.g., law, accounting, staffing, software).

Experience selling into vertical markets other than automotive.

Demonstrated leadership of a Marketing and Sales team through growth and organizational change.

Strong understanding and experience with inbound marketing strategies, lead generation, and campaign management.

Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools and a track record of driving cost-effective growth.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.About Company
