We at Symmetrio are recruiting for a highly motivated Associate Neurosurgical Sales Representative in the greater Houston area to support adopting and utilizing a groundbreaking implant platform used in complex neurosurgical procedures.

This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious sales professionals looking to break into the medical device industry and gain hands-on experience in the operating room.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll work alongside experienced Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists to provide hands-on support in the OR, educate hospital staff, and help drive product evaluations and utilization. Your ability to think on your feet and build trust with clinical teams will be key to ensuring surgical success and strong customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in promoting and selling neurosurgical implant products to meet or exceed territory sales goals

Support surgical case coverage and provide real-time technical and clinical guidance in the OR

Educate neurosurgeons, nurses, and support staff on product benefits, applications, and protocols

Coordinate and participate in training sessions, in-services, and evaluations at hospital sites

Troubleshoot product-related issues and serve as a reliable point of contact for procedural support

Maintain detailed records of activity and contribute to the territory growth strategy with senior sales team members

Represent the brand with professionalism and clinical credibility across all customer touchpoints

Compensation: $65,000 base salary plus bonus

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

1–2 years of experience in medical device or B2B sales preferred

Passion for surgical environments and emerging neurotechnology

Comfort working in operating rooms and hospital settings

Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
