We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr. IT Project Manager to lead the successful execution of an upcoming Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for all project activities under the IDIQ and will be responsible for task order responses, team management, client communication, and the fulfillment of all IT staffing requirements. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-task contracts and can provide strong evidence of prior experience in similar roles.

General Duties:
Serve as the central senior project manager and main liaison between our organization, subcontractors, and the commercial client
Oversee day-to-day operations of the IDIQ, including the execution, hiring, buget and performance of all awarded task orders
Lead and coordinate the development of technical and staffing responses to task order requests
Manage and supervise a diverse team of IT professionals across multiple task orders and locations
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality services and compliance with contract terms and performance objectives
Collaborate with internal recruiting and HR teams to quickly fill IT staffing needs and onboard qualified personnel
Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations, reporting regularly to internal leadership and government stakeholders
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including performance metrics, staffing plans, and client reports
Facilitate risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts across all task orders
Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Schedule and conduct weekly status review meetings to address the progress, accomplishments, work planned, and problemsencounteredfor all tasks and subtasks
Reviewcontractual requirementswith project team, key stakeholders, and other shareholders
Developweekly reports on the progress of project status deliverables. Status reporting shall focus on service levels,significant eventsand open action items requiring immediate attention, project issues, staffing issues and budget
Develop bi-weekly reports of the status of quality assurance, configuration management, and security management applied to thecontract
Inform key stakeholders of project issuesidentifiedthat may negatively affect the successful completion of required deliverables
Participate in weekly team meetings with agency leaders and contract staff to provide updates on system development, documentation, training, and technical assistance activities
Develop andmaintaina governance process based on best practices and guidelines
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Masters degree preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification strongly preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, including at least 3 years managing IDIQ or large multi-task contracts
Demonstrated success responding to task orders, leading cross-functional teams, and managing complex IT staffing needs
Familiarity with federal contracting processes, especially in the areas of IT services and staff augmentation
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms)
Relevant experience must be in program management (e.g., trend and forecast analysis, earned value management, cost benefit analysis, balanced scorecard, activity-based costing, life cycle cost estimating, activity-based budgeting, and gap analysis), personnel management, and project management (e.g., communications plan development, risk management, project management frameworks such as Agile, resource planning and management, conflict management and resolution).
