The Opportunity
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to take ownership of the onboarding and implementation experience for our clients. In this critical role, you'll serve as the bridge between sales, operations, and our valued customers—ensuring seamless implementation, alignment with internal stakeholders, and long-term client success.
You’ll function as a project manager, business analyst, and client success partner all in one—working cross-functionally to enhance the onboarding journey, optimize systems and processes, and contribute directly to Flueid’s mission of transforming the real estate experience.
What You'll Do
Own the Onboarding & Implementation Process
Lead the development, documentation, and improvement of Flueid’s onboarding and implementation workflows
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable, repeatable processes that enhance client satisfaction
Manage Projects End-to-End
Define project scope, track deliverables, manage timelines, and lead all stages of the onboarding lifecycle
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality implementations
Maintain project documentation and seamless internal handoffs
Collaborate Across Teams
Partner closely with Sales, Client Success, Implementation, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment from presales to post-sales
Serve as the key liaison ensuring continuity of service and client expectations
Drive Performance and Insights
Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., time-to-onboard, client adoption metrics)
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
Translate data into compelling reports and recommendations
Enhance Client Relationships
Be a strategic partner to clients during onboarding
Troubleshoot issues quickly and escalate as needed to maintain a smooth client experience
Requirements:
Preferred Experience & Knowledge
3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, project management, or business analysis, preferably in a client-facing or SaaS environment.
Proficient in project management tools and reporting/analytics platforms.
Experience in the real estate industry preferably with a title company, real estate brokerage, or mortgage company a plus.
Experience building and optimizing onboarding or implementation processes.
Familiarity with industry-specific workflows, regulations, and terminology.
Experience in a sales or sales support role

Physical & Remote Work Requirements
This is a fully remote role with possible travel
Must be able to operate typical office technology and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Regular attendance and ability to communicate clearly via phone and video conferencing required
